18 months sober šš
Iām feeling great. I started at a new gym and am doing there 8 week transformation programme. This will see me doing four times a week and getting up at 6am. I've never been an early bird but with no hangovers I have no excuses.
I set my intentions for the new year.
My podcast " The Sober Coaches Podcast" is up and running. Check it out it's on my website for you to click on to. I want to get my coaching off the ground and running so I can help as many women feel great, fitter and healthier by ditching the booze.
Iāve never felt or looked so good in years.
Onwards and upwards šŖš¼šŖš¼š¤excited for this year and hopefully all the positive things itās brings.
